Mechanism of action
Modified GHRH(1–29) with drug-affinity complex (DAC) for albumin conjugation. Extends t½ from minutes to days, producing sustained (not pulsatile) GH elevation — physiologically abnormal.
Pharmacokinetics
SC. With DAC: t½ ~6–8 days (sustained GH bleed). Without DAC: short pulse-mimicking.

None FDA-approved. Off-label/grey-market 'anti-aging' use.
